The Studio Assistant & Shopkeeper is the heartbeat of the Reeminikin experience. You will be the first and last face our guests see — welcoming them, guiding them through their session, supporting their creativity, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly and beautifully at all times.

This role blends warm hospitality with hands-on studio operations. You'll be responsible for managing daily studio flow, maintaining product displays, assisting guests with pottery painting, handling retail sales, and upholding the calm, intentional atmosphere that Reeminikin is known for.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves people, feels at home in a creative space, and takes pride in the small details that make a big difference.

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the booking and check-in process.
• Introduce guests to the studio, pottery painting materials, and available pieces.
• Assist guests during sessions — answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring they feel comfortable and inspired.
• Handle farewell moments with care, upholding the Reeminikin tradition of thoughtful send-offs.
• Respond promptly and warmly to walk-in inquiries and phone/WhatsApp messages when on shift.

• Open and close the studio according to daily checklists — setup, reset, and end-of-day procedures.
• Prepare tables and pottery pieces before each session and clear and reset between sessions.
• Monitor paint, brushes, and supply levels; flag when replenishment is needed.
• Maintain the studio's cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic presentation at all times.
• Handle pottery kiln logging and assist with piece collection and handover to guests.

• Manage the shop display — restocking, organizing, and ensuring products are beautifully presented.
• Handle sales transactions for retail products (stationery, pottery pieces, packaged items).
• Track shop inventory and flag low stock to the Studio Supervisor.
• Assist guests in selecting pieces for gifting or purchase.

• Prepare and serve simple drinks and refreshments for guests as part of the studio experience.
• Maintain the refreshments area — clean, stocked, and visually tidy.

• Work closely with the Studio Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Flag any guest feedback, issues, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Participate in team briefings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

• High school diploma or above (no longer studying); a background in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (café, retail, studio, or similar).

Working Hours: Full-time as per Jordanian labor law; may include weekends and evenings
